We knew immediately that Erika was the perfect photographer for us just by the images on her site, but after speaking with her briefly, we booked her right away. My husband and I were planning our wedding from out of state, which has it’s potential for disaster. But Erika was so easy to communicate details with us, you’d never have thought she was more than a short drive away. During the event, she was like a photography ninja. When we looked through the photos we couldn’t believe there was only one photographer. It was amazing! Every single moment was captured beautifully, but without disturbing or forcing anything. She captured our wedding better than I can even remember it. Anyone can take pictures or adjust camera settings, but it takes a true artist to CAPTURE moments the way Erika did.

Trying to pick a photographer was agonizing for me, as I felt there were so many different styles and choices. When I found and interviewed Erika, though, I knew that she would do everything in her power to capture my wedding day without me having to worry a single second about it. My mind was completely at ease. She showed up early to the pre-wedding goings-on and went right to work, asking my input when needed, but was otherwise completely at home doing what she does best. There were a lot of things on my mind during the wedding day, but whether or not my pictures would be alright was absolutely not a concern. The confidence she instilled in me was a fabulous respite from the other anxieties of wedding planning. We are so grateful and 110% in love with all our pictures.
