Getting out of town is always a good idea, especially when its around the time of your birthday. I’d never been to the Smoky Mountains, and for my birthday, decided I’d take a road trip to see them. And a road trip is SO much better when friends come with you. That particular week turned out to be perfect. Brooke of Brooke Casey Weddings and her husband came along. It was her husband’s Mitchell’s birthday that week as well, and their ten year anniversary. What better way to celebrate than to be surrounded by these amazing mountains, in a pretty amazing cabin complete with an outdoor hot tub? Yes, a pretty fabulous week.
