What an honor to discover that Belle Lumiere chose not one but two of my images for Honorable Mention in their International Photography Contest! Just recently, in June, I was in Italy and Croatia, and gave myself the challenge of not shooting any digital. None. At all. I didn’t even take a digital camera with me. I wanted to push my boundaries, and see what would happen. And, well, this happened!! A huge thank you to Belle Lumiere, for this completely unexpected award. And also a huge congratulations to Rensche Mari Van Dyk who did win the grand prize with a STELLAR image of the desert. Wow!
